How long does it take to get my preview?
Your preview is ready within 48 hours of receiving your form. After you review it and share feedback, we finalize and deliver your complete site within 5–7 days total. We’ll confirm your specific timeline when we start.
What if I don’t like the preview?
You walk away – no charge, no invoice, no pressure. We’d rather you be honest than feel stuck with something that doesn’t fit. We may ask for feedback so we can learn, but that’s it.
What does it cost if I decide to move forward?
We charge a one-time setup fee plus a low monthly rate that covers hosting, security, updates, and support. The exact numbers depend on what your site needs – we cover all of that transparently on your preview call, no surprises.
Can I make changes after the site is live?
Yes. We’re not a build-and-disappear agency. Minor text and image updates are part of our ongoing support. Bigger changes like new pages or added features are quoted separately – but we’re always your first call.
Do I need to provide my own content and photos?
It helps, but it’s not required to get started. We can build with placeholder content and swap in your photos and copy when you have them. If you have nothing, we can work with what we know about your business from the form.
