We’re Travis and Krystal – a Minnesota couple who left careers in fintech to build the web agency we always wished existed for local businesses.
We watched local businesses
get burned. Then we did
something about it.
Between us, we spent years in fintech – Travis as a Sales Engineer, Krystal as an Implementation Specialist. We knew how to build systems, manage clients, communicate clearly, and deliver results on time. What we kept seeing on the side was local businesses – restaurants, breeders, contractors, homesteaders – getting handed terrible websites by agencies who charged a lot, delivered little, and disappeared after launch.
The sites were slow. They didn’t convert. They looked like they were built in 2014. And when the business owner wanted a change, they were either stuck waiting weeks or hit with a surprise invoice.
We kept saying “someone should fix this.” Eventually we realized that someone was us.
We left our jobs, launched Dragan Holdings, and built our process around the thing that felt most broken: you shouldn’t have to pay for something you haven’t seen yet. So we build first. You decide after. That’s it.
