The Spec-Build Process

By submitting a request for a free preview, you acknowledge that Dragan Holdings LLC will research your business and build a website mockup at no cost to you.

Ownership of Mockups

Everything we build belongs to us until you pay for it. This includes the website layout, page structure, written copy, design elements, color scheme, and any other creative work produced by Dragan Holdings LLC. Viewing a preview does not transfer any rights to you. You may not copy, screenshot, recreate, share with a third party, or use any part of the mockup — in whole or in part — without written permission from Dragan Holdings LLC. If you choose not to move forward, the mockup is deleted and you retain no rights to anything you viewed. By submitting the contact form and checking the agreement box, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.

Payment

If you choose to move forward after reviewing your preview, payment is due in full before the site goes live. We accept card payments and PayPal through Zoho Books invoicing. Once payment is received, full ownership of the site design and content transfers to you. Monthly hosting fees are billed on a recurring basis.

Hosting Services

Monthly hosting fees cover server space, backups, security monitoring, and basic maintenance. Hosting fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

Cancellation

You may cancel hosting services at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, Dragan Holdings LLC will provide a full backup of your website files so you can migrate to another host.

Limitation of Liability

Dragan Holdings LLC is not responsible for losses resulting from website downtime, third-party service outages, or events outside our control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
