You don’t need a plan to get help. We do one-off emergency work for small businesses:
- Hacked site cleanup – malware removed, site restored, hole closed. Flat $600.
- Site down / blank white screen – diagnosed and fixed. Flat $250.
- Broken checkout or forms – found and fixed. Flat $250.
- Anything else – $125/hr, one-hour minimum, quoted up front before we start.
Care plan members: emergencies on your own site are covered or discounted per your tier – you never pay the full walk-in rate.

01 – Tell us what you’ve got.
Send a message or book a time. We look at your site, hosting, email, and machines. Takes a day. No meeting required if you’d rather write it down.
02 – We take it over.
Backups on, monitoring on, updates scheduled, passwords in a vault. You get one email confirming what’s now handled.
03 – You stop thinking about it.
Things break quietly and get fixed quietly. Once a month you get a one-page report in plain English: what we did, what it’s worth, what’s next.
Questions owners actually ask
We didn’t build our website with you. Can you still take care of it?
Yes. Any WordPress site qualifies, no rebuild required. We audit it first so you know what shape it’s in, then take over from there.
What counts as “small content edits”?
Text changes, swapping photos, updating hours or pricing, adding a team member. New pages, redesigns, and new features are quoted separately – always before the work starts.
Do you answer the phone at 2 AM?
No, and we won’t pretend to. We’re a small American studio, not a call center. Messages sent overnight get handled first thing. If your site goes down, our monitoring usually tells us before you do.
You’re not next door. How do you actually fix our computers?
With your permission, we use secure remote-access software – the same way large IT companies support offices across the country. You click once, we see the screen, and we fix the problem while you watch. That covers updates, viruses, email, printers, slow machines, and almost everything else that goes wrong day to day. If something physically breaks – a dead hard drive, a cut cable – we diagnose it remotely, then ship you the part with plain instructions, walk you through it on a video call, or line up a local technician and manage them for you. You never have to figure out who to call.
We already have hosting with GoDaddy / Bluehost / whoever. Do we have to move?
No. We can manage what you have. If your host is the problem, we’ll say so and handle the move – that’s included on the two upper tiers.
What’s the difference between this and your automation packages?
Automation grows your business – it answers leads, texts back missed calls, books jobs. Managed IT runs your business – it keeps the site, email, and computers working. Plenty of clients start with one and add the other.
